Step 5 Instructions

5.1 — SW1 → ground bus. Solder a short green wire from pin 1 (Pole 1, throw A) to the ground bus on the nearest pot casing.
5.2 — SW2 → neck ground lead. Solder a purple wire (leave 20cm) from pin 2 (Pole 1, center/common) — this connects to the neck pickup ground wire at the cavity.
5.3 — SW3 → bridge hot tee. Solder from pin 3 (Pole 1, throw B) and tee into the bridge pickup hot lead coming from Blend Gang B Lug 6.
5.4 — SW4 = NC (no connection). Pin 4 (Pole 2, throw A) floats — leave unsoldered.
5.5 — SW5 → 220kΩ resistor → ground bus. Pin 5 (Pole 2, center/common) goes through the 220kΩ load pad resistor, then to ground bus.
5.6 — SW6 → Volume Lug 2 (wiper). Pin 6 (Pole 2, throw B) connects directly to Volume pot wiper lug.
